Photographing and videotaping of the event is inevitable. This consent will authorize the United Way of Kern County Inc., and its agencies to photograph and use photographs of the above-named company employees and/or their families in publications, advertisements and promotional materials. This consent can be revoked at any time prior to publication of said photographs. A copy of this consent is as valid as the original.
